The onnxruntime-gpu nightly for cuda 12 is already in version 1.19.x (I don't understand why). Here is the link in our docs that indicates for those with cuda 12 to use:

The pip link seems to be intended for cuda 11 users (at least that's what the above docs say, that the default is for cuda 11).

you linked nightly feed so 1.19 is expected, default feed is still 1.17.1
