Group members not updating in Teams for Moodle integration
A course in Moodle was created and a course copy was created after. The group was not being created initially because there was no Owner (Teacher ). Once the teacher was added, the group was created. It was noticed after that the Group Members were added to a point but a large amount of them were not added. The total amount of members were 300.
Our team previously reached out for the no group owner issue and we had a look at the Moodle database. For some reason there are no records for the Course or it's copy. We asked the client to remove the groups from Teams and let Moodle try to recreate it with the scheduled task, the resync did not work from Moodle either.
Can you suggest any other options we can try, the course is working fine for some reason either than the group members issue.
Hi, maybe found a solution?, because we have a similar problem, the automatic sync not add the students to groups on teams, just add teacher, thanks.
