Hi,

Moodle version 3.9; plugin version 3.9.0.

I just wanted clarification that this tool just syncs membership to already created 365 groups that have been created for all Moodle courses. I take it this won't also create any groups that have not been created for Moodle courses included in Moodle To teams creation? I take it this process is exclusive to the Moodle cron job:

\local_o365\task\groupcreate

The plugins in the set can both create group/teams from a Moodle course, and sync a Moodle course with an existing Team (not group). Once a Moodle course is connected to a group/Team, it will synchronise users from Moodle to group/Team. Note syncing users from group/Team to Moodle is not supported.

The name of the task (\local_o365\task\groupcreate) is misleading and only reflect the purpose of the feature when it was originally created a few years ago. The feature has been extended a lot since then. It has actually been renamed to \local_o365\task\coursesync in the latest supported versions of the plugins for Moodle 3.11 and 4.0.

Also, I'd strongly recommend you using the latest release of the plugin for 3.9 (should be 3.9.10 at the time of writing), as it contains fixes to bugs in earlier versions and features too.
