Add PHP support

I'm currently working on adding php support for multilspy

its not ready to merge but ill make a pr when i have enough tests

after some testing I found that phpactor doesnt work properly, it finds more and more duplicated relationships everytime I run it, i will try with intelephense. sad thing is that it is propietary
