Apply MSSQL License using Docker

Hello,

As mentioned in this issue Issue, whenever we acquire a license key we don't have to apply it to the docker container and we simply need to set the MSSQL_PID to the correct license type. However, on the documentation page it is listed that we set the MSSQL_PID to the SQL Server Edition OR product key, can you please clarify in which situation you would use one or the other? I thought we should use both or maybe just the SQL Server Edition.
