Validate linux packages on more distros
Currently, packages are only validated on Ubuntu and Azure Linux, this should be expanded to include other distros to find issues before packages are released.
We currently publish for the following repositories:

.Net validate packages on:
- Almalinux
- Alpine
- AzureLinux
- Cbl-mariner
- Centos-stream
- Debian
- Fedora
- Opensuse
- Ubuntu
(based on https://github.com/dotnet/dotnet-buildtools-prereqs-docker/tree/main/src) - as inspiration for what could be a good test matrix.
