Fixing failing Azure pipeline and updated README.md

Why is this change being made? The current AOSP Pipeline fails because of outdated zlib version used.

What changed?

  • Updated Zlib Subtree dependency to v1.3.1
  • Updated the README.md with correct version, commit & release link for Zlib v1.3.1
  • Updated README.md by removing Build Status of old pipelines

How was the change tested? Tested the pipeline by running the build for this branch : https://microsoft.visualstudio.com/Dart/_build/results?buildId=109442931&view=results
