Create GitHub custom action for makemsix

Hello,

we would like to use GitHub Actions to produce MSIX installer for our binaries. Currently, makemsix is not on GitHub Marketplace

Is there a plan for this? How contributions can be made?

I think this would be huge to get more open-source projects packaged and updated to use MSIX. I hope this will be added soon.
