Describe the bug

msixmgr lacks package inspection tabs in Windows Explorer, like Digital Signatures and Details. Users may want to inspect packages before they install.

Expected behavior

msixmgr should integrate with Windows Explorer by adding Digital Signatures and Details file property tabs for appx and msix packages, like on Windows 10.
