[Feature Request] Make styles of linesDecorationsTooltip as glyphMarginHoverMessage tooltip

Description

When creating decoration with linesDecorationsClassName and linesDecorationsTooltip, tooltip created by build-in html title property. However when creating decorations with glyphMarginClassName and glyphMarginHoverMessage, tooltip has styles inherited from the editor (on the screenshot):

I think it'd be great to have the same tooltip interface. I'd suggest to add linesDecorationsHoverMessage: IMarkdownString | IMarkdownString[] field to decoration options to create the same tooltip as with glyphMarginHoverMessage
