Actual (Problematic) Behavior

Hi, after update from version "monaco-editor": "0.44.0" to "monaco-editor": "0.46.0", I have problem with paste text in monaco by ctrl+v. Ctrl+shift+v works unexpectedly.

Expected Behavior

Successfully pasted value by ctrl+v inside monaco-editor.
