Idea: Make an MRE app for building MRE apps

Make an MRE app that can export its own scene to a json file. This would enable the use of the host's world editing capability to design reusable scenes.

Update: save as gltf.

Actually, #707 has little to do with this. #707 is asking for a way to make an MRE via WYSIWYG, whereas this one is asking to make an app that can export a scene.
