Feedback on mimalloc 2.X

Thanks for the great work in mimalloc!

The readme asks for feedback on mimalloc v2.X vs 1.X.

We noticed roughly equivalent performance of 1.8.X and 2.0.0 to 2.0.7, but a significant slowdown (25-30%) in one of our internal workflows with mimalloc 2.0.9.

This slowdown is somewhat ameliorated in 2.1.1 but still noticeable (about 3-5% slowlier).

Where there any significant changes in 2.0.9 vs 1.8.X or 2.0.7 ?
