[mimalloc-redirect] Redirect fails on Win11

Hey!

I seem to have found an issue on a Windows 11 machine where mimalloc-redirect fails. For many other systems it works just fine, perhaps a recent Windows update is the cause?

• Is there a way I can provide more information about the reason mimalloc-redirect fails?
• "minject.exe" --force --inplace is called to reorder mimalloc dlls for the executable
