Crash while using 10 touch inputs

Describe the bug

Apps that support multiple touch inputs are crashing.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1.- Open MSPaint. 2.- Use 10 fingers to randomly tap on the drawing area.

Expected behavior

No crash.

@MolusMS What version of Paint and what version of Windows? This bug is disappointingly light on details.
