Description
"I have an existing UWP app that works as expected on non-touch devices and utilizes the Data Grid control, ScrollViewer, and ListView control from Microsoft.Toolkit.Uwp.UI.Controls. While I can scroll and click the scroll buttons using the mouse, I’m unable to scroll using the scrollbar controls on touch screen devices; it seems that this functionality is disabled for touch input. Could you please provide guidance or solutions to enable scrolling with the scrollbar and scroll buttons on touch screens? Any configuration tips or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!"

UWP is WinUI2. Would you be able to provide more info, such as a repro app? Also, this is looking like a bug against the SDK itself, so transferring to microsoft-ui-xaml.

Please refer to the attached two sample applications:

The application works fine with a mouse, but when used on a Microsoft Surface or other touch devices, scrolling using the scrollbar is not possible (swipe functionality is working , but required to work scrollbar with touch).

Please review the application and let me know the option to enable scrolling on touch devices.
@Bhaviktripps are you seeing this with only toolkit controls or the system controls ?
button and other control work on touch device. only scrollbar viewer or scroll bar is not working
