i was trying to DELETE an autocomplete 'msg' using the utility ... but everytime i try to delete the msg, the utility exits. If I try importing the copy of the 'msg' of the autocomplete i'm trying to preserve, it shows up but only until the utility exits. When i return to the outlook profile, the autocomplete msg i imported is gone. I understand it's important to delete the existing autocomplete 'msg' before importing the new one. ... but how do you do that if the utility keeps exiting??

I was able to get around this by creating a new outlook profile ... and importing the exported msg contents into that new profile... the auto complete works there...
