Mfacmapi.exe 64 bit unable to locate autocomplete list (microsoft365 / outlook 10)

Followed instructions provided by microsoft in use of mfcmapi.exe (64bit). Despite PC having working autocomplete function, the exe was unable to find the autocomplete file. Background - archive.pst, calendar,contacts have all been transferred via One Drive to new PC and outlook ost repointed to the new PC. Ran the exe on the new PC and can see the autocomplete list file there (only a few entries). Any ideas as to why the autocomplete functionality is still in place on the old PC, but the relevant data entry does not show up?

Same issue... Windows 11 / Outlook CTR 64-bit...
