Store view is empty at second MAPI logon

Affects: MFCMAPI 21.x, 22.0.22216.01 Reproduce steps:

  1. Menu "Session" > "Logon...", pick any one profile
  2. In the store list, select any one to show properties. Select another to show its properties.
  3. Menu "Session" > "Logoff"
  4. Menu "Session" > "Logon...", pick same profile
  5. The store list is now displayed empty.
