MFCMapi.exe (x86) wont open on Windows 11 and displays an error "The operating system is not presently configured to run this application."

It opened for me on Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2 Installed on ‎8/‎3/‎2021 OS build 22000.376 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.376.0

MFCMapi Build: 21.0.21127.03
