[Remote] Manual test integration for remote mcp server

The manual tests should exercise the following -

  • [ ] server configuration works fine
  • [ ] auth works fine - managed identity and OBO
  • [ ] tool configuration and call works fine
  • [ ] deploy using azd
  • [ ] load testing
  • [ ] end to end - you may need to coordinate with Abe on this
