System.Net.NetworkInformation.NetworkInformationException on Gitpod

Describe what happened: LiveShare fails to start It looks like LiveShare is unable to discover network information on gitpod environments, which is a kubernetes pod.

What was your system configuration? Product and Version VSCode: 1.70.1 OS Version: macOS 12.5 host, Ubuntu 20.04.4 remote Live Share Extension Version: v1.0.5683

Steps to Reproduce / Scenario:

  1. Launch a gitpod workspace
  2. Install LiveShare
  3. Attempt to start LiveShare session
