Files disappearing during collaborative sedsions

This has happened a few times now, me and my friend have been working on some software over liveshare and randomly files disappear for no reason. I know it’s not him because we’re screensharing on Discord while doing it. We both keep on loosing hours of work because of it

This has just happened to me too. Its unbelievably frustrating. We've also lost a few hours work due to this. This must be the worst kind of bug, one that just hard deletes files off your hard drive...

I assume its caused by the same thing as #4344
