Session crashes when using python interactive window
Issue Type: Bug
- Start a live share session.
- Connect a guest (vscode online or with native client), which does not have the python extention installed.
- Attempt to load the interactive window.
- Session crashes and is ended for host and guest.

@nickolasclarke: thanks for filing this issue! We've had a few people mention they've ben having trouble specifically with Python debugging in Live Share. I don't think it has yet been through a test pass with the Python interactive window. I've filed an issue for our test team to do a full pass on this to uncover the issues so that we can prioritize the fixes.
