[VS] Support co-designing with the Windows Form designer

Steps to Reproduce / Scenario:
- Join a session on a C# WinForms project.
- Double click on a Form .cs. This should open the Designer in a normal solution, but it does not.
@scottbeebiwan Thanks for reaching out! We don’t currently support any of the Visual Studio designers on the guest-side, though this is a key part of us fully optimizing the collaboration experience for certain app types.
We’re already tracking #253, but that’s referring to the XAML designer, so we can use this issue to track the request to support the Windows Forms designer. Thanks!
Yes, I currently have the same problem. The code is due in a week or so and I cannot open the design page to edit the GUI. Please help. Thanks
I agree, this would be really useful for my development team and I'd love to see this work for winform designer in liveshare
This item is still on our backlog, but we don't currently have any new details/timelines yet. Thanks for the continued feedback!
it's been a couple of years and it hasn't been implemented yet.
best you can do as of now is get one person to edit the forms and share their screen while the rest of the team just writes the backend.

Such a function would also be very necessary now. It's been 3 years and the designer is still not available on Live Share.
