Test Demo Returns Error Processing File

When testing the demo for example csv files, the UI always return Error processing file without any error code in the ui or browser console.

I have exported my Open AI Azure API key before activitaing the localhost, which is using GPT4o. Are there any constraints on using different LLMs for testing LIDA?
