The VSCode extension README should be more explicit and complete

Currently, we have a very basic README.md that drives the homepage of our extension but I feel we should add more details to this page.

Having the installation steps, contribution guide, links to the Kiota docs, links to our repo and even maintaining a simple changelog specific to the extension might be a good way to make it welcoming for folks.

@rabebothmani what to you think? Is it worth our time to further dive into this topic?
