Caching of tasks are broken

It looks like caching was broken or mistakenly removed in #356

It seems like the automatic caching was removed here: https://github.com/microsoft/just/commit/df664ff35c4b42a628c347040eabb80a2c5f224e#diff-d14e97d66c8036bdff668e72e7c23a69

Any reason behind this?
