Auto-suggestions available, but no auto-completion, unable to switch suggestions, etc

Describe the bug After entering the IS environment, suggestions can be provided normally. However, pressing "down", "up", "tab" does not respond. In fact, there is a response, it is Windows Terminal that is responding. [

I added the example key configuration file to C:\Users\Administrator.config\inshellisense. It still doesn't work.

3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

• Output of is --version: 0.0.1-rc.21
• Nodejs Version: v22.17.1
• Shell: pwsh
• Shell Version: PowerShell 7.5.4

Additional context I think the priority of IS might be too low, so it failed to capture the shortcut key
