Cannot install on arm64 / Windows / pwsh

Describe the bug Attempting to install on Arm64 Windows fails with "Prebuild binary missing for platform"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. use npm install -g @microsoft/inshellisense to install

Expected behavior App installed

Environment

  • OS: Windows
  • Nodejs Version: 20.18.0
  • Shell: pwsh
  • Shell Version: 7.4.6

Additional context See attached log. Also please note Dev drive is active on the machine. 2025-01-02T08_30_04_848Z-debug-0.log

I don't see any arm builds for node-pty-prebuilt-multiarch. I'll either open an issue there or address it a different way
