More thorough tests needed for v2 SDK jobs

Currently there is a lack of tests for jobs submitted using the v2 SDK. New V2 HelloWorld unit/integration/smoke tests should be created that:

• Work with multiple input and output datasets (testing both user-identity and SAS/Account Key access).
• Create new v2 data assets (not just new versions of existing assets as the current tests do).
• Train a simple model using all of the above dataset setups.
