It categorizes activities and considers factors such as preferred time of day, duration of activities, and travel time. The project also includes collaborative features such as creating a meeting/chat, sharing files via OneDrive, scraping tasks based on meeting description from MS To Do, and creating a shared whiteboard with MS Whiteboard.
