Adding notebook to show how to import into neo4j

Since there hasnt been any updates to https://github.com/microsoft/graphrag/pull/544, I decided to open a separate PR with fixed import statements.

I'll add the license part, just let me know if we need to solve all linter issues.

Btw... later we can add retrieval notebooks that replicate local and global search with neo4j and langchain/llamaindex
