Add Qdrant vector store
Description
This PR adds support for Qdrant - https://qdrant.tech to be used as a vector storage.
Notes
To run Qdrant
docker run -p 6333:6333 qdrant/qdrant
To use the vector store,
store = QdrantVectorStore(collection_name="some-name")
store.connect(url="http://localhost:6333") # Accepts all the Qdrant client options
store.load_documents(...) # Auto-creates a collection
store.similarity_search_by_vector(...)
store.similarity_search_by_text(...)
