Describe the issue

Hello! I tried to calculate the index on a bunch of random text files using the default settings in the yaml file. Once I got the entities and communities files I noticed that some entities were not present in any community. Why does this happen? Is this the expected behavior? From what I understood reading the documentation I would have expected to see all the entities present in a community.
