There doesn't seem to be much information on which permissions the `GITHUB_TOKEN` requires in order to go through the lessons.

Describe the bug In the Course Setup instructions, references are made to a GITHUB_TOKEN, but no information is given as to which permissions are required on said token (or, how to create one, for that matter). I can continue through the steps and figure out what those permissions are when I get to the relevant lessons, but this isn't particularly beginner-friendly.
