Broken URLs Check

Describe the bug There is a broken URL check in Github validation which is causing every pull request to fail. These broken URLs can be divided into two categories:

• Page does not exist
• In case of link to the twitter posts, Twitter/X's website may be blocking automated link checkers

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Clone the repository
2. Make changes in the repository file and create a pull request
3. Let the pull request go through Github Validations
4. See error

Expected behavior Check Broken URLs step must be failing
