Request Access to Azure OpenAI Service

It looks like this course is for businesses only as we need to Request Access to Azure OpenAI Service but for that we need to provide our Company Email Address... so If we are an individual we can't have access to the service? Am i missing something?

Edit : It looks like we can use OpenAI API
