Update to use new Fluent UI packages

With your mentioned pull, I think there is also a need for updating some instances of Fabric (uppercase/lowercase) to Fluent here in the frontend-bootcamp. I recognize that some of them are unnecessary or not ready to be changed, but there are many that already redirect elsewhere, even when the explicit url is given like here under How to find it. I'd like to offer my help in replacing some instances of Fabric with Fluent if you feel similarly, @micahgodbolt
