30127 - TeachingPopover updates
New Behavior
- Carousel functionality has been unified into TeachingPopoverCarousel
- Moved teaching popover page context to within carousel
- Render page count nav icons as individual components (not slots)
- New 'TeachingPopoverFooter' to replace TeachingPopverActions
