lint: add imports auto/alphabetical ordering
Describe the issue:
Actual behavior:
- we have no imports auto ordering in place
- comments like this occur on PR's which should be mitigated by tooling:
-
nit: Keeping the imports alphabetically ordered
https://github.com/microsoft/fluentui/pull/18571#discussion_r653003111
-
Expected behavior:
- lint rules in place with autofixers for whole codebase
