Flutter: all icon above 0x100XX seems to be broken

There are 512 icons above this address that are broken.

fluentui_system_icons: ^1.1.141

Flutter: channel stable, 2.5.1

Yes, you're correct. Sadly, after all of this time, the problem has not been resolved.

The issue is that the flutter package seemingly just has not been rebuild with the latest changes to font generation which solved problems like icons being out of bounds.
