Can we create a web portal to search , explore, download emojis

Thanks for open sourcing the emojis ,I think it would be more convenient for the users if we can show these emojis in a web portal. To search, explore & download the desired emoji.

Iconify is already doing that. 👌🏻 I'll post an issue there to see if it's feasible to add these.

Also available on Icônes, which uses Iconify data for icons: https://icones.js.org/collection/fluent-emoji

Those pages highlight performance issues with current icon design. Icons use a lot of gradients and filters. Filters cause massive rendering lag.

Then icon size is huge. Average icon is 30kb after optimisations. For comparison, in Noto emoji average icon size is 2kb.

Categories like faces, flags, vehicles etc. and ability to download such as a folder. Filter by 3D, flat, color etc.

It's open source and I've built a small script to combine this repo structure into a more digestible format such as emoji ordering and support structures for styles and styles-per-skintone
