docs: add fast-html examples for non-node.js backends

The docs mention fast-html being backend stack agnostic, it would be nice to have a few starter examples documented in a couple of popular backend languages.

💁 Possible Solution

I think at least one official non-node.js example is necessary for the minimum code to get fast-html running which should then be a good jumping off point for community-maintained starters.
