Hello,
I would like to download the EvoDiff MSA OADM model, but I couldn't find it on Zenodo. Is the OAAR model the same as the OADM model?
Would it be possible to access or receive the dataset of approximately 120,000 sequences extracted from PDB that is in the train_msa_csv file available on GitHub?
Additionally, I am considering using a custom MSA for the EvoDiff MSA model. Could you provide information on the minimum number of data points required for a custom MSA?
