Add an application icon

Though it's primarily for use in terminals, I could double click it to launch it and it would be sweet to add an icon to the executable.

Windows 95 shipped with an icon for edit.com (which wasn't in edit.com for reasons); does anybody else think that icon is singularly appropriate?

We're currently in the process of creating the .ico resource and it'll be part of a release in the near future.

Not just that but the icon in the Installed apps list is the same (I was going to submit similar feedback so it's good to see it's being worked on!)
