Packaging: don't include `pdb`

winget package includes the program database (pdb) which is 3M larger than the 200K executable (edit.exe) and not needed:

C:\PROGRAM FILES\WINGET\PACKAGES\MICROSOFT.EDIT_MICROSOFT.WINGET.SOURCE_8WEKYB3D8BBWE\EDIT-1.1.0-X86_64-WINDOWS
    edit.exe
    edit.pdb
