Allow a core widget to specify the default device to show

I have a 4 networks on my machine. 3 are virtual and one is real. The first network is not the real one, so I have to hit next to see the real network traffic.

Scenario

In the settings for the widget, allow me to mark one of the "pages"/devices as the default so that it will show up first.
