[Widget] Create an Event Viewer widget

Suggested new feature or improvement

The Event Viewer widget would display entries in specific event logs. Upon selecting a log to read from (Application, Security, System, for example), the entries would be filterable by Level, Event Source, and Category.

Scenario

Would be useful for watching events at a glance. My personal use case would be for quickly discovering app crash events as they occur.
