Configuration setting for repository root folder

Suggested new feature or improvement

Currently, DevHome assumes that Git repositories are located in the user folder.

It would be extremely useful to be able to set up where, your Git repositories are located. Personally, I have them located in a folder outside the user folders in general.

Scenario

Making it easier to find the repositories locally in the cases where they are not located in the default folder.
